Transducers
Many transducers require an excitation voltage (typically 10 VDC) and return a fairly low-level signal on the order of 20-30 mV full-scale. The magnitude of this signal is proportional to the mechanical quantity being measured (i.e. torque, pressure, load, etc.). Answer Yes if you plan to use this kind of transducer in your measurements.
