what technology does the EL-USB-2 use for measuring humidity?

I am looking for a sensor to measure humidity from 0% to 40% RH at room temperature and most do not have good accuracy below 10% - what technology do you use (capacitive, resistive, thermal)? What is your accuracy between 0% and 10%

The spec is ±3% from 0-90%. Sorry, I do not know what technology is used. Please direct any further inquires to sales@dataq.com, since this forum is intended for technical support for customers who already use our products.

Will these units work in a well? I assume I will need 3 of each to that reading at each location? Will these units work in this application? Our plant is est 1500 ft away from the test points, will this matter?
