Possible way to set DI-149 for daily recording

Hello everyone. I am currently using a DI-149 as a data logger for flow rates on 8 pieces of equipment. I need to generate a report from this information daily for the sake of observing performance of the equipment being monitored. What I would like to know is if there is a way of starting the recording at a specific time every day other than just physically starting the recording myself. The file generated from the previous day will then be automatically emailed to different people for them to observe performance trends. I know how I will be sending the automatically generated email but just need to figure out how to program the starting time daily.

You can begin recording at a specific time of day by creating a command line, pasting the command line in a batch file, and running the batch file using the Windows Scheduler.
