You would need to use a shunt resistor in order to acquire current data.

You could then export the data to Microsoft Excel and perform calculations there (graphing the result).

You can export data to an Excel spreadsheet in real time using our WinDaq/XL Add-on.

If you need not see the result in real time, open the recorded file in WinDaq Waveform Browser and click File, Calculate to launch Advanced CODAS www.dataq.com/products/advanced-codas/, in which the Integral function in Integration mode: Bipolar with Periodic reset: None can create another channel that shows 1*s (channel 1 units * seconds) relative to the starting point. Then select the new channel and use Edit, Engineering Unit settings to divide the Upper Level EU value by 3600 and change its EU Tag to A*h.
