Using Markers to Determine Maximum/Minimum Values in imc FAMOS

How do you find maximum and minimum values in imc FAMOS?

1. From the imc FAMOS home screen, switch to the main view (see below).

2.) In the main view window, click the ‘Load data file’ button, and choose a data file.

3.) With the file open, choose the “Channel1” data, and click the ‘Show selection in curve window’ button to display that data in it’s own window.

4.) Next, enable the ‘Marker Toolbar’ toolbar by choosing ‘Menu and Toolbar’ from the ‘Extras’ pull-down menu, and selecting ‘Marker toolbar’.

5.) With the ‘Marker toolbar’ displayed, click the Min/Max button to display the maximum and minimum values in the widow display (i.e. the segment of the waveform shown).

imc FAMOS now display the maximum and minimum values in the window displayed.
