Can’t install SDK; the installer gives the message “Unable to install dependency: hardware drivers” after confirming all the install options (which I leave as the defaults).

Trying to download the NET class for my DI-155 bundle, I get a 403/404 erroe:
    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /products/sdk-dot-net/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    HELP?
