WinDaq ExcelLink Allows You to Specify a Worksheet

Released earlier this year (2025), the ExcelLink add-on provides a real-time bridge between WinDaq and Microsoft Excel. In previous releases of ExcelLink, it was only possible to stream data into the first worksheet (the default).

Recent ExcelLink updates allow you to select a workbook, and choose a specific worksheet into which your data will stream.

Specify a Worksheet

Begin by running ExcelLink (View>>Add-ons>>Advanced Trigger ExcelLink) and choosing a pre-configured Workbook (as shown below).

Upon choosing a Workbook, the ‘Worksheet name’ dialog box will appear.

Here you can specify the name of the worksheet into which real-time data will stream from WinDaq.
