Enable 3rd Party Control

It is possible to run WinDaq Acquisition in 3rd party control mode, where some other application controls WinDaq Acquisition and at the same time prevents the user from doing so. It is also possible to send messages or otherwise communicate with WinDaq Acquisition (through Windows) without preventing user interaction. The Enable 3rd Party Control command allows you to shut off the WinDaq functions that disrupt the capability of a third party application from controlling WinDaq.

1. Select the device you would like to control with 3rd party software.
2. Select the Enable 3rd Party Control drop down command.
3. 3rd Party control is activated. WinDaq Acquisition software control is now limited.
4. Select the device then select the Disable 3rd Party Control drop down command to give full control back to WinDaq Acquisition software.
