For Customer Support or to check the status of an order, please call us at 330-668-1444 or send an E-mail to DATAQ. We will provide you with support via E-mail or phone within one business day.

Your order will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. You can select between UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight when you place your order. Orders placed outside the United States can call for DHL or USPS Shipping.

When you order one of our starter kits online before 3 PM Eastern Time it is fast-tracked to ship that same day (unless indicated otherwise on our website). Same day delivery is for Continental US orders only and does not apply to orders that include DI-5B or DI-8B modules. All other products normally ship within one week.
