The TCP/IP Manager senses all DATAQ Ethernet devices that have been installed on your computer. Use the following list to determine the status of your device.
The device is available for use by the TCP/IP Manager and by WinDaq.
The device is installed but cannot be accessed by the device manager. See Troubleshooting for fixes.
The device is running WinDaq. No other operations can be performed on it.
The device is disabled and cannot be accessed by your TCP/IP manager. See Disable Device.
The device IP is not in your subnet. Change the IP address of the device. See Change IP Address.
Older instruments may display one of the following status designations:
The device is a non EN-A/EN-B and is not currently connected to the network, but it has been installed at one time. It may simply have the power turned off or be installed incorrectly.
The device is a non EN-A/EN-B device that has been installed on your PC and is connected to the network. The Manager is not certain if the instrument is available or not.
The device is running WinDaq. No other operations can be performed on it.
The device needs to be installed on your PC.
