Returns or Repairs
Contact DATAQ support at 330-668-1444 or fill out a support ticket to receive an RMA number and shipping form. You must follow RMA procedures for all returns and repairs. There is a minimum charge of $150 for evaluation of any product shipped back for repairs unless that device is under warranty. Your device will not be accepted or evaluated without an RMA number. Devices sent to us without an RMA number or the RMA Instructions form will not be processed.
Please Note: Returned items must be in good condition and in the original packaging with all included accessories for a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days. View our Terms and Conditions for our Return Policy.
Re-calibration for specific models may be performed by ordering a calibration certificate online and sending your device to us. Learn More about Re-calibration.
