Temperature Data Acquisition using Thermocouples

Aside from voltage, temperature is the most commonly measured parameter, and the go-to sensor is the thermocouple. They are inexpensive, rugged, have a huge measurement range, and are simple to deploy. This range of application notes describes only a tiny fraction of diverse measurements where our thermocouple measurement products have been deployed.
